SALES

All items are guaranteed as described but may be returned only if damage is sustained in transit. The purchase is eligible for a full refund within 10 days of receipt only if packed, shipped, and insured as received.  Report any intended returns to publications@bccbooks.org.

Before placing an order, we encourage you to call us if you have any specific questions or need more detailed information about the item(s). Please let us know if the item is a gift, as we will be happy to provide complimentary gift wrapping and include a note with your package.

A copy of your paid invoice is included with each order, with the exception of gift shipments.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and personal or business checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank. All items remain the property of the Book Club of California until payment is made in full. If you are an institution that requires an item to first be received with an invoice to submit payment, please contact us at publications@bccbooks.org to arrange your order.

RETURNS

All items are guaranteed as described but may be returned only if damage is sustained in transit. The purchase is eligible for a full refund within 10 days of receipt only if packed, shipped, and insured as received. Refunds are processed via the method of the original payment.

SHIPPING

Orders ship within 5-7 business days after your transaction occurred, with the exception of preordered publications, which are shipped within 30 days of the listed publication date. All items are mailed by way of the United State Postal Service (USPS) and are carefully packed, fully insured, and include a tracking number.

Please note we will ship publications with signature required if requested. Please include this in your order’s special instructions or send an email with your order number to publications@bccbooks.org.
